Burlingview Residence
Complete teardown of an existing house on a hillside site in the hills of Burlingame. The client came to us with the stated desire of a modern "butterfly" roof. Public space is located to the East/Downhill side, private space to the West/Uphill side. Communal room overlooks a view of SFO and San Francisco. The Kitchen and Master Suite Office are adjacent to the pool. In association with Dreiling Terrones Architecture (DTA).
