This compound may look large and it would be if it was a single family home, but this project contains five residential units. The client wanted this project to be progressive in its approach to environmental issues. Wherever possible we took on ideas and systems with the environment in mind. Solar, all electric, rainwater capture, graywater system, reclaimed materials and native low water landscaping are just some of the features. This project is currently under construction.
